This Shirt began with a fabric find on a trip to Tokyo — a small-check yarn-dyed cotton woven in Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Yarn-dyeing saturates each fiber before weaving, layering different colored threads to build a pattern with real depth. The result is rich, lasting color that resists fading over time.

The silhouette draws from our original shirt silhouette with a camp collar and hook and eye closures.  Finished with our floral logo embroidered at the pocket in a contrasting white.

How to Measure

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  • Length: HPS (High Point Shoulder) is the point where your shoulder meets your neck. Measure from there straight down to your desired hem.

Our shirts run true to size. If you find yourself between sizes, we recommend sizing up. The hook-and-eye closures are a signature detail of the collection — a hidden touch that keeps the focus on the artwork and embroidery of each shirt.
